If you are interested in purchasing a half or whole cow or pig contact us at info@yesterwaysfarm.net.  Below is an order form for review that will help you to place your custom order.  Key Packing will need to know such things as how much hamburger to a package, (we recommend one pound), how thick you want your steaks or pork chops, and the size roast, (we get 3-4 pounds).   Key will put hamburger in tubes or vacuum packed in squares.  The square packages are easier for us to handle.  This is something you can discuss with Key Packing when you give them your cutting directions.
